Christopher Paglia is the Vice President of New England Safety, Health, and Assurance, where he is responsible for advancing a strong safety culture and ensuring risk is effectively managed across complex utility operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry, with a broad background spanning Customer, Finance, Emergency Planning and Business Resilience, and Operations. For the past five years, Christopher has led safety, health, and assurance efforts focused on protecting workers, strengthening systems, and driving continuous improvement. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF). Christopher is passionate about applying innovation and practical solutions to eliminate life‑threatening work and improve both safety outcomes and enterprise performance.
