Dr. Larry J. Williams is a multifaceted engineering professional with broad experience across many technical fields. He served for 24 years in the US Air Force as a Project Engineer, 22 years with a major defense contractor as a technical director, and 8 years as Chief Technology Officer for a robotics company. He has been involved with aircraft, missile, space, communications, intelligence, radar, robotic and artificial intelligence systems. He is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Physics, the Air Force Institute of Technology with a Masters of Systems Engineering degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is the author of numerous technical papers and over a dozen patents. He has regularly been an invited conference speaker in the fields of communications and defense systems. He and his wife Carol have two daughters and 5 grandchildren.
